my reflections
my team which is called "viva la chicha" we have very good results in the preparation of the yogurt and the chicha, these was a good experience whene we where preparing the drinks, to the preparation for the chicha, first is take the fermented pineapple juice and mix it with maicena and melted papelon and there is the chicha andina, and from the yogurt you have to take a natural yogurt and beat with milk when you are boilling it o a pot, after that you have to put the solution in the oven and the next day will be a firm yogurt, the result was tasted by nerio's father that have drink this chicha all his live and the yogurt was tasted by my mom how eat it with cereal and was very good
